Tim leads quite a lonely life as the son of a lighthouse keeper. So he’s overjoyed when Pioneer Scouts set up camp on the lighthouse grounds. The kids make friends, and Tim gets permission to travel to Sundevit with them on vacation. But before leaving, he has to run a quick errand. On the way, he keeps coming across people who need him to help them, and he obliges every time–even though the clock is ticking. By the time he gets back, the scouts are gone. Tim follows behind them but runs into trouble. He gets caught on military training grounds and is taken to the police station. Now, when he tells his story, people are there to help him.
