Deutscher Filmpreis – The Lola in the Museum für Film und Fernsehen

The Deutscher Filmpreis (German Film Award) has honored creative work in German cinema for 65 years: The highest endowed cultural prize in Germany is awarded annually to film professionals from the fields of directing, acting, scriptwriting, camera/video imaging, editing, music, set design, costume design, makeup and sound design. Since 2009, the Museum für Film und Fernsehen has showcased the current prizewinner in the category Best Feature Film in its permanent exhibition. This tradition is now being enlarged: The lively history of the Deutscher Filmpreis will be illuminated in its own exhibition space.
