All My Girls

Five young women and a forewoman form the women’s brigade at the NARVA light bulb factory in Berlin. They represent an exemplary work collective, which student director Ralf is going to film. But under the surface, problems and tensions are brewing. In particular, high school graduate Kerstin, a convicted thief on probation in the factory, is regarded with suspicion. The resolute forewoman, Marie Boltzin, also faces serious accusations from her brigade and eventually suffers a nervous breakdown.
